GFWC-New Hampshire Bylaws ARTICLE V Section 2. The voting body of the Board of Directors shall be: (a) all members of the Executive Committee; (b) Past State Presidents; (c) Past State Directors of Junior Clubs; (d) District Directors; (e) Chairmen and members of Community Service Programs; (f) Chairmen and members of Standing and Special Committees; and (g) a Parliamentarian or a Parliamentary Advisor.
