Raffle

We would like to encourage each club to bring a Fall or Christmas-themed item or basket which will be raffled off to help support the President’s project for Stepping Stones.

For Remembrance Service

Please email the names of Clubwomen who have passed away this past year.  Include a brief biography and anything your club would like to share about this woman for the Memorial Service to Sue Harville at:  [email protected].  Alternatively, you may have another member from your club to speak.

Reports

Each Club President and State Chairman will be asked to give a short report (no more than 3 minutes).  Please provide a written copy of your report to give to the District Recording Secretary.  You can focus on your club’s top projects, fundraiser, and/or committee updates.  Please feel free to bring any show and tell items, fun photos, great ideas, or anything you’d like to share.

Resources

If your club has any current or past samples of brochures, business cards, postcards, new membership information, or any other resources that help your club, please either email them to [email protected] or bring hard copies with you.  Be prepared to discuss how your club used these resources.

Item for Food Pantry

We ask that each member bring along a non-perishable food item to be donated to the Ashland Food Pantry.  Each donation will receive one raffle ticket.

Finding Us

Ashland is located off Exit 24, Interstate 93.  Turn right onto Main Street.  Turn left onto Gordon Street (at Bob’s Shurfine), at end, turn right onto School Street, and the church is directly in front of you on Highland St.  Your own GPS will get your there, I’m sure!
